Finishing the fitting sequence is not the same as completing the final check. Use the inspection steps in the exact product instructions to confirm that the item is seated and arranged as required before continuing.
Compare with the correct directions
Check the intended orientation, seating and any adjustment described for your model. Do not borrow a final-check rule or a fixed test distance from another brand. The relevant directions need to match the product actually on the tyre.

Keep the vehicle conditions in view
Confirm that the equipment is on the permitted fitting position and matches the tyres checked beforehand. If more than one person helped, make sure everyone was using the same vehicle and product information rather than different remembered instructions.
Resolve visible uncertainty
If something looks incorrect or a stated check cannot be completed, investigate before use. Keep the fitting record available for support. A photograph should include the whole arrangement, not merely the area that already looks correct.
- Permitted position
- Correct orientation and seating
- Required checks completed
A final check should end in a clear result: the required conditions are met, or a question still needs answering. Do not replace that result with confidence that road movement will repair an uncertain fit.
